I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Illustration, with a minor in Sculpture, from the Art Academy of Cincinnati. My academic training built a strong foundation in logo design, photography, and drawing, which I’ve continued to refine and expand. Today, my skill set spans convention and event planning, digital and traditional illustration, costume design and creation, and professional-level expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and visual design.

Teslacon: Fiber Arts Puffin Creation Competition
Madision, Wisconsin 2025
Awarded First Place in the Fiber Arts Puffin Competition. In collaboration with Dustin Stutte, I co-sculpted a family of puffins using felt and found objects. The project required extensive research into puffin biology, which inspired us to expand the concept beyond the initial entry. We developed a fully themed “Puffin Patrol” experience, including costuming, stickers, and educational trivia cards to accompany the installation at the convention.
Carniville: An Evening Of Mysterious Masquerade
Louisville, Kentucky 2024
Awarded First Place in the Couples Costume Category. Designed and constructed custom masks, sculpted horns, hooved boots, a skull-topped staff, and gloves featuring handcrafted nails, all complemented by coordinated accessories to create a cohesive and immersive final look.

Awarded First Place in the Gilligan’s Island – Ginger Competition. Designed and created a custom Ginger-inspired costume and delivered a confident, engaging stage presentation to bring the character to life.

Awarded First Place in the Funereal Hair Weaving Competition. Using historically researched techniques, I created a memorial piece incorporating the hair of a close friend who passed away from cancer, honoring her memory through a deeply personal and traditional art form.

After the success of The International Steampunk Symposium, I decided to expand and move on to create events that would encompass not just Ohio, but Indiana and Kentucky.

Provided help in an advisory capacity as well as creating logos and graphics for these events. I have also worked the conventions by teaching classes, performing and aiding staff where needed. In 2026, I have added Mistress of Ceremonies to my list of job roles.

In 2016 my Dad wrote this story. Between 2016 and 2025 I created illustrations for the book in my spare time. During the process of creating this book, I also learned about copyrights, the printing process and book publishing.

Compiled, designed and published a book covering the 100 years of life and family of my Grandfather, John Noran.
Imaginarium
Louisville, Kentucky 2019 - 2026
Began working with this convention as a Cosplay Specialist promoting Steampunk. As our relationship grew, I began sitting on panels, moderating panels, teaching classes, belly dancing and being an ambassador. I have also created promotional advertisements for social media.
Co-created the belly dance trio troupe Midnight Oasis for the 2025 Imaginarium event. Choreographed three solo numbers I performed, and collaborated with the other troupe members for the group number.
Haute/Confident
Lexington, Kentucky 2024 – 2025
This project is a wonderful event in which body positivity is shared and local designers get to present their creations. I had the privilege to not only model at Haute, but I also created a clothing line that was modeled on the runway. In 2025, I was asked to create the logo for Confident as well as create another line. I didn’t have time this year, but will be presenting in 2026.
The International Steampunk Symposium
Cincinnati, Ohio 2022 – 2023
Obtained ownership of a long running Steampunk cosplay convention, and created the theme "Steampunk Under The Big Top" for 2023. Created brochures, maps, business cards, posters, postcards, tags, banners, pins, buttons as well as wrote copy, promotions, created budgets, contracts and built the convention basics from the ground up.

Created numerous designs and promotional materials for multiple events involved with the International Jazz Festival as well as promotional posters for the KSU Choir and Scholarship programs.

These logos were designed for three women whose focus is on empowerment, supporting others and having fun. With the popularity of The Shenanigators, the Lil’ Shots logo was created so that others could be part of the adventures that these founding women create wherever they go.
