Well, a new year is upon us, and hopefully it brings lots of blessings and good times! I am very grateful for all the wonderful projects I have worked on, and people I have met in 2009.

Currently I am beginning a journey into working with acrylic paints, thanks (or maybe not, I guess we will have to see how it goes) to my best friend Jason and his wife Annette who asked for a painted portrait as a wedding gift.

I am hoping to have a gallery show at some point this year and plan to spend more time in the studio now that my bin of “work to be completed” is almost empty and I can start on some new ventures.

There is also the hope of having a couple books being published with me as the illustrator. I don’t want to jinx anything, so more on that later!
